To ensure proper sizing, it is recommended to measure the head circumference. A small metal tape measure or cloth tape can be used to measure approximately one inch above the eyebrows in front, and at the widest point in the back of the head. The size guide is as follows:

Large: 20.87 / 21.26 inches X-Large (Adult S): 21.65 / 22.5 inches
